1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 block cream cheese
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
In a small pot, over medium low heat, add 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4 block cream cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and1 cup 1/2 and 1/2.
Stir constantly until ingredients melt together and create a sauce. Cover and set aside.
Boil a small pot of water with 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni and boil for 10 minutes.
Put back into pot and mix in two tablespoons butter.
Add in cheese sauce.
Stir until cheese is evenly coated with cheese. Let sit for about five minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
