FAT BUSTERS: Tuna Fish Sandwich With Golden Tomatoes and Onion

INGREDIENTS:

1 can tuna (in water), drained

1 small tomato, chopped

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

1 tablespoons light mayonnaise (not non-fat. Use low-fat)

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1-2 slices of bread

Chop one small tomato and set aside. I used golden tomatoes today.

Finely chop 1/2 a small onion and set aside.

Wash and chop one stalk of celery and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together one can of tuna (in spring water), drained; 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise (NOT non-fat); 1/2 teaspoon of pepper; and your chopped onions, tomatoes and celery.

You can spread the tuna mixture on any type of bread you want. Here I spread it on a slice of homemade French bread that my wife, Fauneil, baked earlier today. Use two slices of bread like a normal person. Enjoy!
