Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin soup has a unique flavor, so be aware that you will either like this recipe or you won't.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 a medium onion, chopped

1-15 0z. can of pumpkin (Must be the Libby’s brand)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

COOKING TOOLS:

Medium-sized pot

Wooden spoon

Knife

Cutting board

Blender

Over medium heat, saute' 1/2 a chopped onion in 2 tablespoons butter, then add 1-15 0z. can of pumpkin (Must be the Libby's brand), 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Cook well.

Put mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.

Return mixture to the pot and mix in 1 1/2 cups heavy cream.

Eat and enjoy.
