“Clean up, clean up. Everybody, everywhere…” –Barney the Annoying Purple Dinosaur (The Purcell’s Clean Up Their Yard)

The other day, we went out as a family and raked our leaves. We had to take the kids out, kicking and screaming, but we got them to do it.

McCann helped the cause, by cutting down more leaves for us to rake (little punk).

Lily helped by sweeping off the slide. Very helpful. I think we have plans to use it during the winter.

Fauneil, my hard working, detail oriented wife, is very thorough. She even takes time to rake the gutters.

My job was to haul the leaves back to the compost pile.

McCann really liked shoveling leaves into the garbage can.

Brandon pulled out the big guns, at one point.

He also got a sliver. If you look closely, you can see it on the end of the safety pin.

Dang she's cute. Love my Lily.

All the leaves went here...to our compost bin. This will turn into mulch that we can use on next year's gardening projects (although, this years gardening projects never happened. Won't talk about it, though. Sore subject).

    • I didn’t know his name, so that is why I did not mention him. Shout out to Jeremy for helping and bringing over the massive blower.
